Submitting a project request through this website is non-binding. It does not create a purchase obligation on either side. We review every request and confirm scope, price and timeline with you before any chargeable work begins.
Services
Iris Studio provides remote property presentation services: photo enhancement, AI-assisted room and interior transformation, video creation, listing optimisation, social content and property websites. Deliverables are produced from the material you supply.
Your material
You confirm that you own or hold the rights to the photos, videos and other material you upload, and that we may use them to perform the requested services.
Honest presentation
Where an image is a visualised concept rather than a photograph of the actual space, we label it as such. Enhanced imagery must not be used to mislead guests about the material condition of a property.
Pricing & payment
Prices shown on this website are current at the time of your request and are confirmed individually before work begins. Payment terms are agreed per project.
Liability
We take care with your material and data but cannot guarantee specific commercial outcomes such as bookings or revenue. Nothing in these terms limits liability where limitation is not permitted by law.
