Who we are
Iris Studio ("we", "us") is a remote property presentation studio. You can reach us at hello@iris-studio.net.
What we collect
When you submit a project request we store the details you provide: your name, email address, optional phone number, property details (type, country, city, listing URL), your selected services, notes, and the files you upload.
Why we process it
We use this information solely to review your project request, contact you about it, and — once confirmed — to deliver the agreed work. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and pre-contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Your files
Uploaded photos and videos are stored in private, access-controlled storage. They are never made public and are only accessible to the studio team working on your request.
Retention
We keep project requests and files for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting project, after which they are deleted on request or when no longer required.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, export or deletion of your data, and withdraw consent at any time, by emailing hello@iris-studio.net. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
